Herefordshire forerib of beef, one of the most traditional beef roasting joints. It creates a fantastic centre piece, ideal for entertaining!

The rib of beef is matured for a minimum of 28 days, on the bone to develop flavour and tenderness. One rib will serve 2-3 people.
