Is there a minimum order?
No! We'll deliver orders of £30 or more to you free of charge within a 10 mile radius and £40 or more for deliveries between 10-15 miles. There is a delivery charge of £3.50 for orders under £30 within 10 miles and £5 for orders under £40 between 10-15 miles.
We deliver within 15 miles our site in Knightwick, Worcestershire.
When will my order arrive?
We deliver Tuesdays to Saturdays and will deliver you order on your selected day or within 48 hours of placing your order Monday-Friday. For orders placed on Saturday or Sunday, they will arrive Tuesday.
We offer a click and collection service which you can select at checkout. If you would like the collection to be contactless please leave a note in the comments section at checkout and we will be in touch to make the arrangements.
Why will I not know the exact price?
We only want you to pay for what you get! Whilst many online butchers give an approximate weight of meat, we will give the approximate cost and cut it to as near you request but then we only charge you for what you actually receive. You can't get fairer than that!
Everything we deliver can be frozen.
Do your products come with cooking instructions?
No, but if you are unsure how to cook any of our products please contact us and we can make a recommendation.
I can’t find what I want to buy
Not everything we sell is listed on our website. If there is something you've had from us before or something you cannot see available, please contact us.
What do I do if I am not happy with the products I receive?
We pride ourselves in the quality of our products and we want you to have complete confidence. If you are not happy with any part of your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Can I select my delivery day?
Yes, please let us know in the comments section your preferred delivery day.
How do I use my voucher online?
To place an online order for delivery please add at the payment stage in the notes box that you have a gift voucher, along with the amount and the code. You will still need to put your card details in for authorisation but don't worry we will deduct the voucher amount from the total. Please spend the voucher in full as we are unable to give you another voucher for the difference.
What are your opening times?
Tuesday & Wednesday; 7.30am-3.30pm, Thursday - Saturday; 7.30am-4pm, Sunday & Monday; Closed
What are your Christmas Opening times?
Changes to our normal hours are as follows, Sunday 22nd; 7.30am-3pm, Monday 23rd; 7.30am-4pm, Tuesday 24th; 7.30am-2pm, Christmas Day & Boxing Day; CLOSED, Saturday 28th; 7.30am-4pm, Sunday 29th & Monday 30th; CLOSED, Tuesday 31st; 7.30am-3.30pm, Wednesday 1st & Thursday 2nd; CLOSED, Friday 3rd; Normal hours resume.
